We are looking for a candidate who will communicate with clients by e-mail on a daily basis and is impassioned about Customer Service. Your responsibilities will be solving complicated cases and making sure your customer orders are processed swiftly and accurately. For sure in this job, you will never feel bored! Quite the opposite. You will work in dynamic environment and learn something new on the way!



  • Connecting customers and airline companies with any requests related to refunds.
  • Contact airlines regarding customers’ requests for refunds or cancellations while being in touch with the customers via email.
  • Based on the details of the cases and considering possible financial impacts you will be responsible for making decisions on refund eligibility.


Who are we looking for?

  • Passionate and empathetic candidate
  • Candidate who can quickly adapt to changes
  • An advanced level of English is a must
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and be proficient in all back-office duties

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
