Our client, an American manufacturer, marketer and distributor of consumer and commercial products, is seeking a Master Data Administrator to be based in Prague (hybrid working, 3 days a week from home). As a Master Data Administrator, you will be part of our Global Business Services in Prague, responsible for the creation and maintenance of all vendor and customer accounts, including intercompany and other master data entry records as required. Master Data Administrator is also responsible to adhere to all internal control procedures and standards established for Vendor and Customer Master and to understand the various work processes specific to each of Business Area and/or Region.  

Master Data Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for processing Customer and Vendor master data requests
  • Responsibility for pricelists maintenance
  • Oversee SOX and internal control compliance requirements are met
  • Maintain high customer service levels
  • Communicate and resolve cross functional process issues
  • Actively support & participate in projects commissioned to create, update or enhance Customer and Supplier Data
  • Support internal and external audits by providing audit schedules, support and responses to inquiries
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives
  • Actively participate in training programs

Master Data Administrator Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience with Vendor and/or Customer Master Data
  • Financial background and experience in shared service environment is a must
  • English language on minimum B2 level (Czech is not needed)
  • Accuracy and excellent attention to details

Master Data Administrator Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good command of MS Excel and working knowledge of SAP
  • Order to cash and/or Procure to pay process knowledge
  • Other European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian)
  • Strong team player, but also able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure during peak periods
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent in meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with various departments/teams
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule if required

Location: Prague (hybrid working, 3 days a week from home)

Start date: ASAP

Job type: Full-time/ Temporary / paternal leave cover till 30.9.2025
