Job description:
On behalf of prestigious international company specialised in dental care manufacture, we are currently looking for a German speaking Customer service specialist to join their growing team in Prague. If you speak German on a C1 or C2 level and good English, if you are communicative and if you are interested the medical sphere, then this opportunity might be just for you. Your main role will be to communicate with your German customers and and provide them with requested information.

Main responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact for the internal customer
Daily communication via phone, email and other channels
Handle the full order management process from creating and placing the order in Oracle to monitoring invoicing and delivery are done on time by dedicated department.
Act as main point of contact related to logistics issues, delays, returns, replacements, discounts or warranties
Create and maintain customer data and account information
Handle customer complaints, provide solutions
Your profile:
Advanced German level (min. C1)
Call centre or customer service experience preferred
Must have excellent social, communication skills, be willing to learn a lot of new information, be stress resistant, be a fast learner and be customer-oriented.
Multi-tasker, problem-solver, well-organized
Technical skills (willing to learn how to work with CRM/ERP)
