On behalf of our client, an international leading brewer, we are hiring German speaking candidates to become part of a great friendly community. Main responsibilities:

  • Consumer queries resolution, answering doubts and complaints
  • Analyse insights and consumer feedback
  • Review and improve consumer experience to ensure consumers satisfaction and loyalty
  • Generate new solution and action to be shared with all relevant departments
  • Daily maintenance of systems and platforms
  • Follow up of project, communication issues and initiatives which might impact consumers experience and onboarding
  • Providing support and data visibility to other departments
  • Support in further process improvements
  • Weekly & Monthly Reports creation

Your profile:

  • min. 1 year experience in customer service (call centre, order management or hospitality)
  • German language - Fluent (min. C1)
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP is a plus
  • Must have excellent social and communication skills, be willing to learn a lot of new information, be stress resistant, be a fast learner and be customer-oriented.
