Do you speak German and English? Are you looking for a more complex role than regular customer service?
You will coordinate between German speaking clients and internal teams in the Czech Republic and abroad (e.g. technical support, logistics, product managers, field sales teams, field service teams) using multiple channels to provide full support to both sides regarding questions and issues related to pricing, orders, product availability, delivery times, etc. You will monitor and invoice service orders where required and create and maintain service contracts in SAP.
You will be part of an international team so there is no need to speak Czech/Slovak, English is the language for internal communication.
Ideal candidate for this role:
- Speaks German at B2/C1 level and is fluent in English
- Has great communication skills and customer focused personality
- Is based in Brno and eligible to work in the Czech Republic
