For our client in Brno, we are looking for a English speaker with good communication skills and passion for customer service. In this position you will assist global customers in their travels. - Be first point of contact for customers
- Direct communication with customers via e-mail, phone, or chat
- Helping customers with refunds, bookings, flight details
- Providing extraordinary customer service
We are looking for:
- Fluent level of English (C1)
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Independent PC user
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 5:15pm.
