As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the operations and initiatives of the Data Science Hub. This individual is at the heart of the team, collaborating with data scientists, business stakeholders, and IT professionals to create meaningful and impactful use cases that enhance the day-to-day operations of the entire organization.
What you will do
- Collaborate on the use case design, framing, approach, business case calculation and feasibility assessment
- Help BUs with the collection of the inputs for the use cases and with the use case reporting
- Advise the Business Units on the test and pilot approaches for analytical solutions
- Support the data maturity assessment within the BUs, help with planning of the tech stack
- Maintain contact with the local Chief Data Officers (CDOs), and assist the BUs in prioritizing and planning use cases in alignment with broader organizational goals
- Support BUs with the business translation and AI/Data related areas upskilling initiatives
- Manage the use case scheduler and prepare the use case overview for regular team updates
- Maintain the use case documentations
Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles, preferably in the insurance industry
- Good understanding of predictive modelling algorithms and predictive modelling best practices
- Good understanding of deep learning, applied artificial intelligence or Cloud services (ideally Azure) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- University degree
