As a Lead Requirements Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with your team of 3 to collect, verify, consolidate, and communicate requirements to delivery teams. Your role includes setting quality measures and ensuring they are met. As a Lead Requirements Analyst, you will have a significant influence on who joins us on this journey and how we structure the entire process around it.
What will you do
- Help to select team members and create the team and its culture/atmosphere
- Establish and own a full requirements’ life cycle process
- Elicit requirements with stakeholders, consolidate them and align with group strategy
- Prioritize requirements based on business value and constraints, negotiate conflicts
- Facilitates workshops, meetings, and discussions to resolve conflicts, clarify requirements and identify dependencies, build consensus among stakeholders
- Write clear and well-structured documentation
- Ensure acceptance criteria for requirements are defined and met
- Maintain positive relationship with stakeholders
Requirements
- Experienced in collecting requirements, ideally from several stakeholders
- Awareness of cloud resources and data platforms, preferably on Azure
- Knowledge of data processing and management, Data Warehouse and Data Lake principles
- Positive and communicative objective oriented person with attention to details
- Good at networking and maintaining long-term relationships
- Fundamental insurance and finance domain literacy
