Job description:
On behalf of an American group owning iconic brands of consumer products, we are currently looking for a Senior AP specialist to join their business administrative hub based in Prague. If you speak English, and if you are interested in finance, then surely keep reading. Your main role will be to process invoices, payments and handle vendor correspondence.

Role Responsibilities:
Process and match invoices to purchase orders
Ensure AP records follow internal accounting policies
Resolve invoice and purchase order discrepancies
Prepare payments on time
Communicate with and support vendors when needed
Review and approve travel expenses
Create and maintain vendor master data requests
Participate in projects
Mentor and assists associates with resolution of complex transactions
Monitor workload and assist in coordinating activities
Qualifications and experience required:
Minimum 3 year of relevant experience (accounting department);
Knowledge of general accounting principles, VAT and AP specifics
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP/Concur ideally
Accuracy, attention to details and good communication skills
Fluent in English, French is an advantage
