A Japanese company with a rich and extensive history is currently searching for a Sales Operational Representative to join their team located in Prague. This organisation has bases across 11 countries and prides itself on providing a variety of components and technical solutions to construction, engineering, and chemical industries. What will be your responsibilities as a Sales Operational Representative?

  • Handle a variety of purchase orders using the internal database
  • Maintain and manage stock levels
  • Oversee sales invoices and delayed payments
  • Communicate with the necessary departments in Japan regarding shipments and forecasts
  • Act as a representative for any customer queries
  • Prepare reports on stock and environment as well as quotations for customers
  • Create monthly profit and inventory reports
  • Escalate key matters to the manager

Your skills and experience

  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent Czech and professional level English
  • Enthusiastic approach to customers
  • Similar past experience in a customer facing or order management/fulfilment position
  • A university degree is an advantage
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
