A Japanese company with a rich and extensive history is currently searching for a Sales Operational Representative to join their team located in Prague. This organisation has bases across 11 countries and prides itself on providing a variety of components and technical solutions to construction, engineering, and chemical industries. What will be your responsibilities as a Sales Operational Representative?
- Handle a variety of purchase orders using the internal database
- Maintain and manage stock levels
- Oversee sales invoices and delayed payments
- Communicate with the necessary departments in Japan regarding shipments and forecasts
- Act as a representative for any customer queries
- Prepare reports on stock and environment as well as quotations for customers
- Create monthly profit and inventory reports
- Escalate key matters to the manager
Your skills and experience
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent Czech and professional level English
- Enthusiastic approach to customers
- Similar past experience in a customer facing or order management/fulfilment position
- A university degree is an advantage
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
