Salary: CZK basic salary + uncapped performance-based bonus

About the Role:

 

As a Client Acquisition Manager, your mission is to identify and onboard new publishers (website owners) into our advertising platform. You’ll handle the full sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation to onboarding — working primarily with international clients and traffic sources, including websites with adult content.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively search for publisher websites and traffic sources around the world

• Initiate and manage contact with webmasters, negotiate terms and close deals

• Ensure proper implementation of advertising campaigns

• Generate leads via Telegram, email, LinkedIn, and other tools

• Collaborate with a mentor during onboarding and continuously develop your skills

• Work towards and exceed KPIs based on daily/monthly profit targets

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in sales, digital marketing, customer service or affiliate management

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Fast learner with strong analytical thinking and strategic mindset

• Fluent English (C1) and Russian (B2+)

• Experience with ad formats like banners, push, pop-under, pre-rolls, interstitials is a plus

• Comfort working with websites that include 18+ content
