Main duties:
- Prepare salaries including bonuses
- Arrival and departure of employees
- You will comply with legislative and internal audit requirements
- Payroll reconciliation and review including SOX compliance
- Monthly reporting
- Cooperation on streamlining processes
- Annual payroll and tax statements
Key qualifications:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting or finance
- You have experience in the field of payroll (Min. 3 years)
- You have experience with payroll validation and processing
- Fluent English
- Familiar with Oracle ERP system
