As a Scrum Master you will manage scrum process, facilitates the sprint planning meeting, daily stand-up meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
Your responsibilities would be to
- Promote and coach team about agile principles and values
- Lead by example
- Know when to use coach, mentor and teacher stances
- Provide clear boundaries and ground the rules
- Resolve conflicts, identify and remove obstacles that occur
- Support team and help them explore and setup processes to improve scrum team's effectiveness and keep team members motivated
- Understand team dynamics
- Familiar with engineering practices and know how to benefit from them in the team
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical discipline
- Advanced knowledge of Scrum framework
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as the Definition of Done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement
Nice to have
- CSM, PSM I Certification
- Previous experience in SW developemnt is a plus
