You are the right person if you have:
- A university degree or equivalent experience
- Czech and English full proficient professional level
What will be your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for ICS – Internal Control System (close cooperation with HQ, control reviews and updates, responsibility for the local IT ICS process, tracking the results, providing support for process owners – responsible for specific controls)
- Organizing regular IT Compliance Committees
- Close cooperation with Risk specialists – Risks creation, reviews, updates on the basis of results from ICS
- Identification and evaluation of local laws, regulatory requirements and additional requirements (e.g. IT standards and best practices) with regard to their effects on IT and derivation of local IT Compliance requirements.
- Reporting relevant local IT Compliance requirements to the Head of IT and LISO.
- Determination of the implementation status of the centrally specified IT Compliance requirements by answering the IT Compliance Self-Assessment
- Consolidation and tracking of locally identified IT Compliance deviations and measures as well as communication with the Head of IT and LIRO.
- Management and operation
- Reporting results to local management
