What will you do

Incremental work towards the completion of a long-term roadmap
- Fulfillment of short-term requests from our customers in an agile manner
- General day-to-day maintenance of SailPoint IdentityNow
- Constant communication with internal customers (11 countries) & the vendor

Configuration of the system (SailPoint IdentityNow) via GUI and REST API
- Incident & change management (ServiceNow)
- Agile way of working (Scrum)
- Very light in-house tool development (Java, PowerShell)
- Infrastructure management (Windows/Linux hosts)
- Personal development (not exclusively) in IAM domain
- Knowledge sharing
- Daily (“health”) checks of the system
Requirements

Eagerness to learn
- Interest in IT Security and Identity and Access Management
- You already know or are not afraid to learn SailPoint IdentityNow, Git, APIs, Azure DevOps, Entra ID, Active Directory
- Willingness to work in agile environment
- Coding skills are a benefit
- Hybrid work including regular meetings in Prague office (1 day a week)
- Customer orientation
- Written and spoken English on C1 level or higher
