For an international company, one of the leaders in dental technology, we are currently looking for a Finance manager to join their team in Prague. This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance professional who enjoys the variety and agility of a hands-on operational finance role in a growing sales subsidiary of the global market leader in dental services. You will take ownership of all finance and operations related processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running all finance related processes
- Finance business partner to support the country manager and sales and marketing leaders
- Support the sales team with meaningful data analysis on KPI’s, pricing, incentive modelling and calculations
- Monitoring actual performance and reporting variances and trends
- Revenue and cost controlling • Preparation of the monthly & year-end closing
- Supporting daily business processes (A/R, A/P, cash management)
- Running the budget and forecast process
- Driving operational efficiency
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in Finance/Controlling/Accounting
- Strategic thinking and data driven analytical skills
- Power user of Excel
- Experience in international organizations
- Self-motivated and driving for results and Team player
- Language capabilities: Czech & English, native or business fluent required
