Field Service Engineer – Steel Processing Machines
Our Client is a family business that has been established in 1970. Their business has grown into a leading machine manufacturer for plate, beam and pipe steel processing machines.
For East and South region in Germany, we are looking for experienced Service Technician, who will be responsible for solving reported failures on customer location within Europe and east and southern part of Germany.
This role requires a lot of travelling and a permission to travel across Europe and Germany freely is an absolute must.
Duties:
- Solve problems within given time frame.
- Communication to Coordinator Service about problems on site.
- Decide if parts need to be repaired or replaced.
- Perform service activities based on service protocol
- Deliver correct service reports

Requirements:
- Technical Education
- Knowledge of product portfolio (CNC Machines and similar)
- Technical Knowledge about machines, manufacturing
- fluency in English language
