Senior Production Manager – Surgical packs in Marocco
Our client is an international company manufacturing medical textile products into Surgical Packs.
Company acquired new production premises in Marocco and thus it created new managerial roles, near Casablanca.
Firm provides a company flat and a car, directly near to a production plant, which is located close to Casablanca.
We are looking for senior candidate with deep knowledge of manufacturing textile products, ideally for medical usage or industry - garments and single-use personal protective gear.
The company has largest clean room in Africa and largest production capacity to international standards in Africa.
The manufactured products are “designed to ensure optimal safety for healthcare professionals and patients.
Our client has factories with sophisticated technology to make products that comply with international standards.
Job Description:
Production Manager
- Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to production staff
- Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
- Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
- Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
- Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team
- Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
- Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff

Requirements:
- Open for relocation into Marocco – full support provided
- Experience in the industry – manufacturing of surgical/medical textile products
- Experience as Production Manager ideally 5 years +
- Fluency in English, French is a plus
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
