A global professional services company is currently looking for a Security Operations Analyst to join the Cyber Security Centre in Prague. In this role you will support global clients through preparation and defence against various forms of cyber-attacks, from a purpose-built location. Your responsibilities as a Security Operations Analyst
- Providing 24x7 alert monitoring and analysis of client environments
- Offering prompt responses and solutions for security incidents
- Utilise SIEM tools alongside other detection systems
- Completing basic investigation into incidents and providing in time updates to the necessary clients
- Readiness to work on preassigned shift patterns
Experience and skill set
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies (Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems, Networking protocols and technologies)
- Analytical mindset and ability to multitask
- Professional level English
- Knowledge of Security principles, techniques, and technologies
- Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools like QRadar, Splunk, ArcSight etc.
- Programming and scripting skills is an advantage
- Previous experience working in a customer service or support environment
