A company that is dedicated to being a key player in the world of audio, visual and digital entertainment, is currently searching for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team based in Prague. In this role you will be responsible for analysing, developing, and architecting various Salesforce solutions for the entire European organization. Responsibilities
- Define and understand current and future business requirements based on stakeholder and end user feedback/collected data
- Develop user scenarios and process flows to outline proposed designs and developments for Salesforce solutions
- Implement solutions that meet specialist and global requirements
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of team members and developers to test and verify implemented Salesforce solutions.
- Contribute to important meetings with stakeholders regarding system demos and end user training
- Assess the needs of internal teams which are directly linked to Salesforce improvements
- Design and implementation of new features and change requests (automation, scripting, troubleshooting)
- Participate in various sized projects directly linked to stakeholders and the Salesforce roll out for other international branches of the organization in 2023
Education and Experience
- University degree
- 5 years of professional experiences in a related field with 2 years of experience in business analyses, operational support, and development in Salesforce (ideally Sales Cloud)
- Industry experience in the sectors of retail, manufacturing, distribution or finance is welcome
- Knowledge of Force.com (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL), triggers and classes
- Understanding of delivery and project management frameworks, methodologies, and practices (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
- Experience in Sparx system is an advantage
- Demonstrable experience in gathering and analysing user requirements and delivering solutions to customers
- Analytical and problem solving skill set
- Professional level English
- Business analyst qualification, BSC or equivalent is an advantage
- Multitasking and proactive approach to work
