Key Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:
- Drive sales growth in Germany by acquiring new customers
- Foster and strengthen existing relationships
- Engage in regular communication and meetings with customers
- Stay informed about the German market and international technological trends
- Collaborate with other supportive departments
- Participate in PV events and trade shows
- Organize and conduct product and technical trainings for clients
- Prepare monthly reports
Qualifications we are seeking:
- Preferably experienced in sales with in-depth knowledge of the PV market in Germany (as a distributor, manufacturer, or installer)
- Driven and enjoys overcoming challenges
- Skilled in identifying and developing new business opportunities through various means such as cold-calling and networking
- Capable of meeting or exceeding sales targets by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with local partners
- Native proficiency in German with fluent communication skills in English (C1)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Precise, reliable, flexible, and a fast learner
- Proficient in PC office suites
- Possesses a valid driving license
