Our client is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for their Prague office (hybrid or remote working). In this position you will be responsible for managing all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically with regard to customer satisfaction. Successful applicant for this position will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work with little supervision and 3-5 years' experience in customer service or logistics management.

Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Track orders to ensure they are delivered on time.
  • Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
  • Communicate with Freight Forwarders in relation to claims, damage etc.
  • Generate commercial invoices and export documents.
  • Maintain logs and records of all logistics documents.
  • Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible.
  • To carry out specific tasks relevant to the Logistics assigned by the Logistics Management.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner.

Logistics Coordinator Requirements:

  • Czech/Slovak AND English fluency.
  • 3-5 years' experience in customer service or logistics management.
  • Knowledge of Customs laws, regulations, and ISO requirements desirable.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP).
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen on working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Good communicator at all levels, both verbal and written, internal and external.
  • Good knowledge of air/sea/road transportation and logistics concepts.

Location: Rohanske nabrezi 661/5, Karlin, 186 00 Praha (hybrid or remote)

Start date: ASAP (1-year temporary contract with a possibility of extension)
