We are currently looking for a young and ambitious candidate to join our client's team as a Logistics Coordinator. Our client is focused on distribution of raw materials. If you speak Ukrainian, English and are looking for new opportunity in logistics, then this might be the right fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Issuing of standard documents for transport companies and freight forwarders.
- Close communication and supervision of the warehouse staff and logistics partners.
- Arranging the inland and marine transportation.
- Checking and saving the transport documents and warehouse-related paperwork.
- Timely reporting the stock changes.

What are the requirements?
- Professional Experience: Preferably 1 year of professional experience in a logistics coordination role
- English: Proficient, Ukrainian: Proficient
- Technical Skills: Experienced in MacOS, MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Adaptability: Resilient and adaptable to international team environments
- Analytical Skills: Proactivity in a dynamic environment with attention to the detail
- Driver’s license preferred.
