For our client, a significant business group that operates a network of hypermarkets and supermarkets in five countries around the world, we are looking for a Lead FP&A Manager to join their team!
Acting as the expert and interface into Finance by providing insight, challenge, strategic support and analysis to the business. Creating and driving value for the business, supporting the business to achieve financial goals and driving the strategic direction of the respective business area.
- Delivering value added analysis and support with financial insight the local management
- Identifying and proactively highlighting risks and working to mitigate issues
- Constructively challenging and recommending changes the business underpinned by sound financial expertise
- Helping to create choices and providing decision support to close performance gaps
- Ensuring business understands and delivers against performance KPIs
- Supporting the creation of project-based business proposals
- Developing, maintaining and augmenting analytical skills to support financial analysis requirements of the business
- Performing ad-hoc analysis based on requests
Your profile:
- Previous 5-7 years experience with Finance business partnering/ Financial planning, analysis and reporting or other finance department
- University degree, preferably in Finance or Economy
- Advanced level of English (daily communication)
- Highly evolved financial analytical skills
- Strong analytical thinking, ability to work with complex data sources
- Finance data interpretation, ability to draw conclusions from financial results
- Communication and presentation skills
