The right candidate will be taking care of the entire logistics operation, including distribution process and traffic management.

Job Responsibilities:
- Strategizing transportation plans, routes, and coordinating loading schedules, particularly for multi-drop deliveries.
- Engaging in effective communication with clients and promptly addressing their requests.
- Overseeing fleet management, continuously monitoring and ensuring the technical well-being of vehicles.
- Collaborating with various teams across the entire CIG group to optimize logistics operations.
- Staying abreast of current trends and regulations in logistics within the Czech Republic and the EU, ensuring strict compliance with all relevant standards.
Requirements:
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field.
- Prior work experience in companies specializing in car transportation.
- Minimum of 2 years of logistics management experience, with a focus on the Czech Republic and the EU.
- Demonstrated tact, diplomacy, and composure, especially when dealing with fatigued drivers and customers.
- Strong geographical knowledge.
- Proficiency in people management and coordination.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Czech and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
