Servers Specialist

What will you do

We have a vacancy in 2nd level support team. You will be focused primarily on Application Hosting support meaning MS Windows Servers, MS Azure Cloud, VMware virtualization, Citrix Desktop/Application, Backup systems and specifically for the following activities:

- Deployment and configuration of new servers (physical and virtual machines)
- Change implementation
- Incident management
- Troubleshooting
- Ticket queue management
- Monitoring of infrastructure
- Processing general requests from internal customers
 

Requirements

- Knowledge of Windows Servers
- General knowledge of IT surrounding technologies (e.g. network)
- Very good English skills
