Digital Marketing Manager CEE plays a pivotal role in driving the digital strategy of my FMCG client. This position focuses on building strong partnerships with distributors to ensure local digital initiatives align with the company’s marketing principles and contribute to business priorities. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. You would oversee website management, organic and paid search, paid media activities, and distributor cooperation together with agencies. We seek candidates with a broad perspective on digital marketing, where in-depth technical knowledge of each discipline is not a prerequisite.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Website Management:
- Collaborate to develop and implement the strategy for country website management.
- Act as a critical partner for internal stakeholders regarding digital assets
- Ensure a well-executed rollout plan for new website launches
- Initiate and execute ongoing content to enhance search visibility
- Organic and Paid Search:
- Lead organic search projects across markets
- Translate and augment global/regional priorities into local paid media plans and tactics.
- Continuously track and analyse KPIs related to search performance, proactively optimizing for success.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert, ensuring seamless integration of search plans with other digital activities.
- Paid Media:
- Develop and implement the paid media strategy
- Lead the preparation and execution of paid media plans with the agency
- Distributor Cooperation:
- Propose a digital activities calendar for distributors.
- Lead and shape the execution of digital activities by our distributors.
Your profile:
- Previous digital marketing experience from an international company
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required
- Fluent English (C1-C2)
