Main responsibilities:

• Daily communication via phone or email with clients and internal departments (logistics, accounting etc.)

• Handle the full order management process from creating and placing the order in SAP to invoicing and delivery

• Handle any related issues to logistics, delays, returns, replacements, discounts or warranties

• Daily communication with Logistics and Accounting department to ensure smooth delivery and payment

Your profile:

min. 1 year experience in any customer service role (call centre, order management or hospitality)
French language - Fluent (min. C1)
Experience with SAP or other ERP is a plus
Must have excellent social and communication skills, be willing to learn a lot of new information, be stress resistant, be a fast learner and be customer-oriented.
