Job description:

On behalf of our client, an international leading brewer, we are hiring a Dutch speaking candidate to join their financial team. The company employs over 800 people in their Prague office, 70% of them being expats, mainly from Europe. Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining account ledgers and building customer relationships to collect outstanding amounts.
  • Handle processing Real Estate, Loans, and Contracts, along with related invoices.
  • Maintain partnerships with suppliers and property owners.
  • Ensure timely and accurate controls over commercial areas, including managing discounts, bonuses, and disputes.
  • Aim to prevent financial surprises in these areas.
  • Manage insurance-related tasks, such as processing premiums, claims etc.
  • Ensure timely payment of insurance-related invoices.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders (Order Management, warehouses, carriers etc.) to handle the collection and dispute management process.

Your profile:

  • Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in Finance
  • Bachelor's degree (ideally finance, accounting, economics, business) preferred
  • Familiar with MS package (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) and SAP as a great advantage
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (B2 min.)
