What will you do as B2B Customer Support?
- Communicate with clients in Italian mainly via e-mail, but also via chat and phone
- Create and edit quotes and proposals
- Manage various customer requests from start to finish
- Participate in the development of service and product offerings
What qualities are we looking for?
- Fluent Italian and English (B2+)
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially with MS Excel)
- Previous experience with customer service
- Proactive approach and creative thinking
