We are currently looking for a new team member for our international partner, joining a team focused on payment processing management with fluent German.
Job Description:
- Daily communication with customers and branches (phone and email)
- Matching incoming payments with invoices
- Handling customer claims and disputes
- Setting and reviewing credit limits
- Monthly closings and reporting
- Monitoring payment behavior
- Suggesting process improvements
What you need:
- Advanced German (spoken and written)
- English for internal communication
- Secondary or university education
- Attention to detail, independence, reliability
