We’re hiring a German-speaking support specialist for a global company with a modern office in Brno. The role is suitable for communicative individuals, including recent graduates. After training, you can work fully remotely.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Assist clients with service-related requests (via phone, email, and chat)
  • Provide product and account information
  • Support partner channels
  • Handle account updates and check-in procedures
  • Occasional weekend shifts; morning/afternoon shifts (no night shifts)

You will need:

  • German (B2/C1), English (B2)
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus
  • Confident PC user
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends
