Ivana is an expert consultant, specializing in an IT sector, with wide range of positions such as software testers, developers, system administrators, help desk specialists, ERP Specialists, etc.  She started to work firstly on multilingual roles in Prague and moved to IT sector where she enjoys connection of technology and business in the best way. After gaining her experience in the Reed Prague office, Ivana is now based in Brno. Ivana grew up in the north Moravia region, so she is also actively supporting companies based in this part of the Czech Republic, where she covers a wider variety of roles.

​Whilst studying pedagogy and psychology, Irena already knew she would like to work with people. During her time working in customer service, she thoroughly enjoyed communication with clients and solving their issues. It was when working as an internal recruiter in in a small IT start-up that Irena fell in love with IT and the recruitment sector. As of now, Irena is working as a Recruitment Consultant in Reeds Technology team focusing on analytical roles and software engineer positions. As Irena has experience in internal HR as well as external recruitment, her experience is incredibly valuable for our clients on RPO projects. Irena is most happy when all parties are satisfied and enjoy a smooth cooperation process.

​With a background in the field and a degree in Robotics Engineering, Shamistan recently joined Reed Prague’s Technology team. He specializes in connecting IT businesses with top-tier talent. Working with a variety of companies, from start-ups to large corporations, he recruits for positions ranging from junior to senior and top leadership levels in areas such as development, testing, support, CRM/ERPs, infrastructure, and other related segments. He is always happy to hear from both clients and candidates to ensure they have the best experience.
