🧩 Your responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers regarding products and services
  • Processing orders and working with CRM systems
  • Preparing reports, occasional translations
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across the team

📝 What you need:

  • Fluency in French and English (minimum B2 level)
  • Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
  • Good command of MS Office and general computer skills
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
