📄Full-time, indefinite contract

🧩What will your responsibilities include:
- Active communication with customers about products and services
- Processing orders and working in CRM
- Reporting
- Occasional translations
- And active collaboration with the team
📝What you need:
- Fluency in Dutch and English (at least B2 level)
- Proactive approach and good communication skills for active communication with B2B clients
- Good computer skills (especially MS Office)
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
