📄Full-time, indefinite contract

🧩What will your responsibilities include:

  • Active communication with customers about products and services
  • Processing orders and working in CRM
  • Reporting 
  • Occasional translations
  • And active collaboration with the team

📝What you need:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (at least B2 level)
  • Proactive approach and good communication skills for active communication with B2B clients
  • Good computer skills (especially MS Office)
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
