We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our client’s team in Brno.
What you’ll do:
- Handle customer inquiries and process orders in the internal system
- Communicate with clients and internal teams
- Ensure accurate reporting and contribute to process improvements
What we’re looking for:
- Spanish and English at B2 level or higher
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
