What you’ll do:

  • Handle customer inquiries and process orders in the internal system
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams
  • Ensure accurate reporting and contribute to process improvements

What we’re looking for:

  • Spanish and English at B2 level or higher
  • Good MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
