🧩 Your responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers regarding products and services
- Processing orders and working with CRM systems
- Preparing reports, occasional translations
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across the team
📝 What you need:
- Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level)
- Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
- Good command of MS Office and general computer skills
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
