We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Retail Marketing Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for turning regional marketing strategies into actionable plans across several countries, working closely with distributors and internal teams to ensure our brands are well-positioned in the market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute local marketing plans based on regional strategy.
- Coordinate marketing activities across different sales channels.
- Collaborate with brand marketing, business development, and distributor teams.
- Prepare budgets, launch plans, and long-term business strategies.
- Analyze sales and distribution data and recommend improvements.
- Lead regional projects and support brand recommendation initiatives.
- Organize meetings and conferences with partners.
- Monitor and report on competitive landscape.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or sales (pet industry experience is a plus).
- University degree.
- Strong command of English (C1 level).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical thinking, project management, and presentation skills.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
