What you’ll do
- Support customers (B2B) with technical questions via phone, email and ticketing tools
- Look into issues, identify their cause and guide users to solutions
- Manage urgent requests and cooperate with internal teams (development, quality, product support)
- Work with company systems and share insights to help improve processes
What you bring
- Strong German skills for daily communication
- Good English for everyday communication
- Technical background is a huge advantage
- Customer support experience is welcome
- Clear communication, reliability and a detail‑oriented mindset
