What you’ll do

  • Support customers (B2B) with technical questions via phone, email and ticketing tools
  • Look into issues, identify their cause and guide users to solutions
  • Manage urgent requests and cooperate with internal teams (development, quality, product support)
  • Work with company systems and share insights to help improve processes

What you bring

  • Strong German skills for daily communication
  • Good English for everyday communication
  • Technical background is a huge advantage
  • Customer support experience is welcome
