What will your responsibilities include?
- Active communication with customers about products and services (FR-Benelux market)
- Processing orders and working in CRM
- Reporting
- Occasional translations
- And active collaboration with the team
What do we expect from you?
- Fluency in Dutch and English (at least B2 level)
- Good computer skills (especially MS Office)
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not a requirement
