We are seeking an experienced, commercially focused professional to take full ownership of the Wholesale (Traditional Trade) Sales Channel and play a key role in its continued development. This strategically important position offers the opportunity to actively influence commercial strategy, build and manage long‑term partnerships, and drive portfolio growth within a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑end responsibility for the management and ongoing development of the Wholesale and Traditional Trade sales channels
  • Active identification, onboarding, and development of new wholesale partners in line with market expansion objectives
  • Building, maintaining, and strengthening long‑term relationships with key partners; acting as the primary point of contact
  • Coordination and execution of partner onboarding processes and strategic partnership agreements
  • Portfolio management, including optimization of product assortment across wholesale partners
  • Planning, coordination, and execution of wholesale activities such as campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs
  • Preparation, coordination, and monitoring of annual and monthly volume plans
  • Definition and execution of commercial and market‑development strategies for assigned partners
  • Continuous market and competitor analysis to identify new business and growth opportunities
  • Monitoring sales performance, preparing regular reports, and supporting data‑driven decision‑making
  • Close cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Logistics, and Finance teams
  • Negotiation and management of annual agreements with key volume‑driver partners

Scope & Market Coverage

  • Primary focus on Wholesale / Traditional Trade channels
  • Core market responsibility: Hungary, including related regional business activities
  • Cooperation with multiple wholesale partners (key accounts to be discussed during the interview process)

 

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business support, or commercial roles
  • Background within FMCG, retail, or a multinational environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent MS Excel skills
  • Experience with Power BI, SAP, or CRM systems
  • Proven negotiation and relationship‑management capabilities
  • Fluent English and Hungarian, both written and spoken
