🧩 Key responsibilities:
- Providing technical support and communicating with customers and internal departments
- Analysing and responding to technical inquiries, including escalation when needed
- Working with technical documentation
- Searching for and processing data in internal systems
- Cooperating with Product Support, Development, Quality and Customer Service teams
- Preparing reports
- Identifying recurring issues and proposing process improvements
📝 What you need:
- Good level of English – main internal communication language
- Communicative German or Dutch
- Technical education or experience in customer service within a technical environment
- Reliability, accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication skills
