On behalf of our client, a well-established American company with a diverse portfolio of brands, we are seeking a Revenue Analyst. This role is responsible for overseeing the management, recording, and reporting of revenue streams. Key responsibilities include timely account reconciliation, generating comprehensive financial reports, and analyzing revenue data to support strategic decision-making by company leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform month-end close activities, post journal entries, and reconcile balance sheet accounts with proper documentation
  • Consolidate B/S positions, identify discrepancies (e.g., over/under-accruals), and recommend corrective actions
  • Coordinate audit requests, review customer documentation, and maintain structured SharePoint for EMEA
  • Analyze “Invoice-to-Net” P&L accounts, identify trends or anomalies, and collaborate with finance teams on variances
  • Maintain and enhance customer program data using Excel/BI/VBA; build standardized databases for EMEA
  • Support standardization, rebate functionality migration, and integration of new entities or processes
  • Maintain SOPs, train new team members, and provide backup support for the Team Leader when needed

Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in an international environment
  • Proficiency in SAP, Blackline, or similar ERP systems
  • Solid understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet structures
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with audits, including end-to-end follow-up
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret, clean, categorize, and present data-driven insights to management
  • Proficient in BI and VBA tools, with strong data manipulation and integration capabilities
