We’re looking for an organized, proactive Sales Partner/Dealer Coordinator to support the onboarding of new dealers, coordinate start‑up activities, and act as a key contact for dealership candidates across Europe.


What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for potential dealer candidates
  • Support dealer applications, documentation, and review board preparation
  • Coordinate all new dealer start‑up activities (training, systems, branding, welcome kits)
  • Ensure smooth integration of new partners into the company network
  • Maintain scouting reports and provide regular progress updates
  • Collaborate with regional teams, finance, legal, marketing, training, product lines, and existing dealers


What You Bring

  • Relevant experience in a multinational, process-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of dealer business models, financial indicators, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication & influencing skills
  • English C1 + German is not a must, but an advantage
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Ability to travel within Europe 10-20%
