We’re looking for an organized, proactive Sales Partner/Dealer Coordinator to support the onboarding of new dealers, coordinate start‑up activities, and act as a key contact for dealership candidates across Europe.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for potential dealer candidates
- Support dealer applications, documentation, and review board preparation
- Coordinate all new dealer start‑up activities (training, systems, branding, welcome kits)
- Ensure smooth integration of new partners into the company network
- Maintain scouting reports and provide regular progress updates
- Collaborate with regional teams, finance, legal, marketing, training, product lines, and existing dealers
What You Bring
- Relevant experience in a multinational, process-driven environment
- Strong understanding of dealer business models, financial indicators, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication & influencing skills
- English C1 + German is not a must, but an advantage
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally
- Ability to travel within Europe 10-20%
