🔍 What this role is about
You will be responsible for achieving planned volume and net sales in Poland. Your focus will be on managing distributors, leading joint business planning, owning 5P execution, implementing promotional activities, and maintaining strong relationships. You’ll act as the key link between distributors and the CEEME organization and ensure seamless execution of the commercial strategy.
🧩 What you will do:
📊 20% – Joint Business Planning
- Build and implement annual Joint Business Plans with distributors
- Identify opportunities and propose Customer Development strategies
- Lead KPI reviews and define corrective actions
- Coordinate feedback and ensure execution in the field
🛒 20% – 5P Execution
- Own 5P standards in the territory
- Train distributor teams on Hill’s 5P requirements
- Ensure flawless implementation in stores and clinics
🎯 10% – Promo Planning
- Co‑create promotional grid with distributors
- Ensure perfect execution in the marketplace
🚗 10% – Field Work & Training
- Conduct ride‑alongs with distributor sales reps
- Assess field performance and provide training
- Reinforce Hill’s Commercial Selling Principles
🧭 3–5% – Strategic Input & Stakeholder Management
- Provide distributor insights into strategic planning
- Build long‑term relationships with key stakeholders
- Assess distributor capabilities and recommend improvements
💰 5% – GTN Management
- Manage GTN budget and ensure compliance with trading terms
📈 5% – Market Monitoring
- Track market conditions, trends and competition
- Provide recommendations for commercial strategy
2% – Key Customer Engagement
- Support distributor in planning for major retail and clinic accounts
💼 What we expect from you
- 4–5 years of commercial experience in FMCG
- Strong sales background
- Proven distributor management experience
- Fluent Polish & English
- University degree
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills
