As a Consulting Engineer, you will be the technical expert for Measurement and 3D Imaging solutions for industry automation, helping drive the growth of High Precision Measurement portfolio. You will collaborate closely with internal sales and technical teams, as well as clients, to understand their needs, deliver product demonstrations, recommend solutions, and ensure successful product implementation.
This is a mobile role: you will be based in our office in Prague, with frequent travel to Clients (3 days per week) across the western part of the Czech Republic.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Work closely with Sales Engineers during product demonstrations which demand high technical expertise
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions using your assigned product portfolio
- Provide technical support to clients, including product demonstrations, gathering of requirements, application testing, and troubleshooting
- Provide technical training to clients and our sales teams when necessary
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and problem resolution
What do we require?
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or any other automation related specialization
- Fluency in Czech (C2 level) and English (business proficiency)
- Valid driver's license and confidence driving regularly
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of technical concepts
- Experience in programming (C++, Python, or others) is an advantage
