We are looking for an experienced commercial professional to manage distributor relationships and drive growth in the Polish market for premium pet nutrition products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve budgeted volume and net sales for the country.
  • Develop and implement annual Joint Business Plans with distributors aligned with local opportunities and regional strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong distributor relationships; train teams on 5P standards and commercial selling principles.
  • Create and execute promotional plans flawlessly.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage GTN budget and ensure compliance with pricing and trading terms.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • University degree.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of commercial experience in distributor management.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish market and CEE cultural environment.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent negotiation, planning, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
