- Processing orders and working with CRM systems
- Preparing reports, occasional translations
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across the team

- Advanced proficiency in Italian and English for daily interaction with customers and colleagues
- Experience in customer support or customer service is highly valued
- Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
- Good command of MS Office and general computer skills
